Shipping and delivery policy

Docuflat is an online software service. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How Pro is delivered

• Instant access. Docuflat Pro is switched on for your account as soon as your payment succeeds, usually within a minute. You can see your plan and its end date on your account page.
• Invoice by email. Your GST invoice is emailed to your account's email address after each payment, and also appears on your account page.
• Subscriptions. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Each renewal extends your access straight away.
• 24-hour pass. Starts when your payment succeeds and lasts 24 hours.

Docuflat works in any modern web browser. Prices are charged in Indian rupees (INR).

If access doesn't start

If Pro isn't active within an hour of a successful payment, email support@docuflat.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID. We'll switch it on or refund the payment in full. See our refund and cancellation policy.
