Questions

Does it convert every sheet?

Yes. Each sheet becomes its own section with the sheet name as a heading, in the order they appear in the workbook.

Is Markdown better than pasting from Excel into ChatGPT?

Pasting copies tab-separated cells that lose their headers easily. A Markdown table keeps the header row with the data, which AI models read more reliably.

How big a spreadsheet can I convert?

Up to 10 MB without an account, 25 MB on a free account and 200 MB on Pro. For AI chats, smaller focused tables give better answers.
